Grand Cenia Experience

The view was great and apartment had full kitchen etc, very relaxing place and very quiet unlike a hotel. Tv reception very good as was the wifi, nice bed and shower. Located directly across from Ayala was perfect, just have to be careful with traffic when crossing road. Heaps of taxis avail all times and security guards very helpful and polite. Laundry facility just out main door, and they do nice job. Next visit to Cebu, Grand Cenia will be number one on our list

Could not really fault the apartment, just have to be careful when crossing road bec 4 lanes of traffic, but to be fair they will stop and let you cross.

Lazy unhelpful night staff

The rooms small. Walls thin and hear lots if noise. At 4am Notified night staff of noise. Nothing done. Insisted in room change. Aircon in new room didnt work so requested another room. Night staff very lazy. Asked us to return key to reception after changing. Advised we had not slept so he could collect. Then told us to return they key when we wake as we will need to change rooms again. Because of experience with night staff i would not recommend

A well spent staycation!

the location was very ideal for travelers. Easy access to malls and other destinations.

The room and all was great but as a suggestion, look int the ventilation. Being a enclosed condo unit it is normal to have all windows closed thus limiting the change of fresh air.

The location and the amenities.

The location and the amenities. Sheena who coordinated check-in and check-out was very helpful!

The bathroom smelled, the shower hot water did not work, could use a bit of interior update e.g. cracked walls, water stained paint. Four pillows but only 2 pillowcases.

Great Location - Terrible Management Company

This place is in a great area to base yourself when visiting Cebu city. It is just a 5 minute walk to Ayala Mall, which is full of shops and restaurants. It is part of the Quest hotel and all the facilities that has to offer, including the amazing buffet breakfast

The company that rent this property are absolutely useless. We were given an apartment with most of the light bulbs missing, no batteries in one of the Aircon controllers. The whole place was dirty, and the spare bedding for the pull out bed was damp and not usable, so we had to visit the local mall and purchase new. When checking out you need to have the caretaker present (did not answer otherwise security hold onto your luggage and threaten you if you try to leave.
